Overview

A merchant may want to disburse payout to their users, however we do not manage users for a merchant.

Fee

Destination address will always receive the requested amount, fee should not be deducted from requested amount.

1. Whenever we send crypto to our customers, it will incur a gas fee in ETH as well.
2. Withdrawal Fee will be deducted from the Merchant’s Account Balance.
3. When ETH Balance is <0 , merchant will not be able to request for new withdrawal.

Status

There are four types of status that withdrawal can be:

1. NEW: withdrawal had been created.
2. PROCESSING: withdrawal is under processing.
3. CONFIRMED: withdrawal is completed, i.e: requested amount had been transfered to destination address.
4. CANCELLED: withdrawal is aborted.
